I searched and searched for books for my son. I especially wanted books from the same author so I may start a series. I have found these to be wonderful. I enjoy reading them and my son loves them and has since he was just a few months old.
I bought my son a Karen Katz book when he was barely a year old and he has been a huge huge huge fan ever since. If you aren't familiar with her books, they are very colorful illustrations and absolutely adorable. The flaps are rather sturdy and easy for even tiny hands to open. We have a ton of these books (Baby Loves Fall is his absolute favorite no matter what time of year it is) He's now over 3 and all of our books that we bought over2 years ago are still holding up beautifully, not one flap has been ripped off. This is an adorable fall book and my son memorized it after reading it a few times.
Great fall book for preschoolers! Pictures are cute and the kids love lifting the flaps.Purchased for a preschool and yes, I have had to make some repairs already, but that just goes to show you, the kids really like it!
Another great Karen Katz Lift-the-Flap board book. My two-year old loves these. This one has a developmentally appropriate level of action in each spread, with vibrant colors and flaps that are easy for toddler hands but still durable.
Kids love the lift-the-flap books and Karen Katz does a great job with it! We have several of her books. Well worth the money. Very colorful. The best book is Eyes, Ears and Nose by Katz. Check it out.
The book arrived in a timely manner. The condition was fairly worn as stated. Some of the flaps were torn and the book had to be cleaned from prior use. Otherwise, the book is very cute and my students love it.
Karen Katz books are the best! We look forward to every single one. They're very good for curious munchkins and babies - they love playing with the flaps and seeing what's behind them. It's like peekaboo with a bit more fun!
Super cute book. Thick and colorful and perfect for my daughters first birthday. She can't play with them alone bc of the flaps but even my 3 year old nephew loves reading them and peeking behind the flaps.
