This book is SO CUTE!! My son(3 years old) and daughter (17 months old) both love Elmo, so anything I see that combines Elmo with learning is a win for us! We LOVE that there are so many flaps to look under in here! I can definitely see how this would be a little too much for younger kids, as my daughter isn't very interested in the actual learning of numbers just yet, but she sure does love looking under all the flaps. My son, however, is thrilled with this. He already knows how to count up to about 13, but we are still working on numbers past that, so this book is perfect for him! We get to see each number and under the flaps, it shows pictures of that number of items. Lots of early counting books only go up to 10, so it was nice to see one go up to 20 instead. The pictures are nice and vivid, the pages are fairly sturdy cardboard, the binding is nice, its a pretty big book. I have nothing bad to say about it!
My granddaughter is 15 months old. She loves everything Sesame Street. This book has lots of colors. Peek-A-Boo windows. It lets you count the number of items. I recommend this for teaching kids to count.
This book and the Elmo School lift the flap book are awesome! My 3 and 18 month old boys LOVE them. They will look at them quietly by themselves for 15 minutes, just exploring and having fun, and they also like it when we read it with them. The books have been very helpful on car trips too.
Book is a solidly constructed product. Too many flaps for a 2 year old. A bit overwhelming. Put it away and will reintroduce in 6-8 months.
Great book! My 1 and 2 year old loves it!
I bought this as a gift for my niece and she loves it! Very helpful for children learning numbers. I plan to buy another for my son when he is ready for it!
Love this book, very educational and there are literally TONS of flaps to flip through. It's one of my sons favorite books now.
My 15 month old loves Elmo and this book. She really enjoys lifting the flaps. The book is durable and very educational.
