WoW! Is All I can say! I have been following TUT Adventurers & Mike Dooley since 2005. I just had to turn something around in my life in the job I was in.(Claim Adjudicator for our beloved veterans applying for their Education Benefits in the Education Division of the Veteran's Administration). The most powerful thing in the world is to know without a doubt how loved and adored you are. Can you imagine getting even a sense of that as an employee in a government job?!!! That was my beginning!This many years later and a lot more understanding and JOY(I subscribe to TUT's daily notes to show up in my e-mail), I ran across this calendar ad just last week. Mike showcased one day out of each month for the ad. I read through them and one in particular yet again, turned a tide for me.(I am a disabled veteran, a breast cancer survivor, a former employee of the Veteran's Administration, and am finding health again after being hospitalized for 10 days this past March with a perforated bowel.) The one that did it for me in terms of purchasing the calendar was the one that had this message:(and i'm paraphrasing here), find one, just one simple thing to love about yourself, him, her, it, them,...and speak it loudly throughout your day, and then just watch how it begins to transform your life. Well, since i had nowhere i had to be, and no pressing chores, I did that. I chose myself first, my wife second, and a good friend third. I was amazed! Choosing yourself first is a good idea because if you don't have your own self love about you it is difficult if impossible to really truly love others. I was surprised to find the word, "determination" pop out about what i love about me. And then I laughed right out loud! Yes, makes sense!
