The perfect pocket sized activity books, easy to stash in your purse and hand out to the kids when they get bored. My nieces got a kick out of the activities and facts included for each state, and it generated conversations about the states. These make learning fun, and the Dover Little Activity book series has plenty to offer in this line.
My daughter loves these little books. They're the perfect size to keep in the car or a diaper bag or purse. I keep them on hand for times when we're stuck waiting in a doctor's office or anywhere else.
Cute little book and when I say little I mean mini. It served it's purpose as a stocking stuffer! I cannot comment on the actual comments of the book because we have yet to sit down and work on it. Worth the cheap price though and if you look around they have several other mini books. Worth it!
Sent to my 8 year old grand daughter and was able to look at it recently. I was amazed how many pages it had and the facts and information it contained. For the price and free shipping I will look for more like this. My only complaint is trying to find them. I go under books and magazines and can never find them. I always have to go under my orders and click this and look for the "customers that bought this also bought" thing. I don't even know how they popped up originally but sure glad they did.
These were great for keeping my kids busy during our road travels while on vacation. They found the facts fun and interesting to learn about. My kids even kept reading them once we stopped. Very good information and fun at the same time.
I love these books for the diaper/travel bag. Its a great size, wont take up much room and keep the kids interested. On our last trip my oldest completed all the activities and my youngest then used the pages then as a color/scribble book. When they were not looking in the recycle it went and out came the next book.
Great little book! My daughter is learning about the states at school and this is a great book to take when we're traveling. It's entertaining for her and she's learning at the same time. It is a very small book, but that makes it easier to travel with.
