If you're already familiar with the stories, then the book makes a nice refresher. Well written and enjoyable. Of course, lots of the details and sophistication of Shakespeare cannot be reproduced in a children's book. But I think you'll find it a pleasant read before bed.
This is a great way to read Shakespeare :) Perfect for middle school kids and adults who want the story without all the extraneous language.
Lovely - Lamb has transcribed the ten plays beauifully. Reading the stories before the plays is a great help.
This was a gift to an ESL student who needs assistance in reading/writing English. These tales will help him appreciate good ole Will.
