Awesome book for anyone trying to establish a non profit organization especially a music based program. Some wonderful practitioners share helpful insight and solid fundamentals for helping to deliver strong mission driven programs for change.
This book offers many different perspectives and approaches towards El Sistema inspired music education. It's both a practical and inspiring tool for teaching artists and arts administrators. This book will not get buried in my bookshelf because it's a book I'll refer to time and time again.
