The XY manga is a Pokemon Adventures Special Edition set that is currently being released. The books are small and quick reads, usually can be read in 1 hour. But they are cheap and they tell a great story. These are a great addition to any Pokemon fan's collection.
Censorship at its finest.XY is a manga that is meant to be a bit "edgy," for lack of a better term.Don't market it as an "A for all ages" if you actually need to censor one of the main characters for wearing a spandex suit that conforms to the human body by redrawing them and ruining the artist's intended artwork.
These books are in Japanese format meaning that they are backwards. Reading from back page first. Right side then left.There isn't a single picture that shows this nor is there anywhere in the description that says this. I would not have bought these for my kids had I known they were this way. It says they are "English" but aren't in standard English format.I would rate higher if there was any indication that they were in this format.
