The cover image of an origami dragon is deeply embossed and tactile. A bound-in plastic pouch inside the calendar holds 24 sheets of origami paper and a booklet containing 12 origami patters. Hidden spiral binding allows the calendar to lie flat.

The calendar has wonderful photos of origami art. If you're buying for the art, you're in luck, If you're buying for patterns to the art, you're out of luck.
This calendar is absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would have liked it to include is the lunar cycles and possibly daylight savings dates. It's easy to look those up on the net but then I had to go back through and write them in.
