I've been using the "Calendar-Keeper" for many many years (17) for my home child care... It's nice to have everything in one place and the tips on what expenses and deductions you can use has helped save us money at tax time.
The calendar is useful and informative. I bought this mostly to keep the attendance record. The good thing is that you can record a whole month of attendance on one page. The downside is that the space to write the hours in is very small and hard to write the time in, which makes it difficult to read when tallying up the hours. However, it is very convenient and allows you to keep your records organized.
I'm a daycare provider and I always had a hard time keeping up with all the things likening required my to keep track of..it's nice to gave a helping hand like this calender to remind me and keep track of things all in one....it's just like a reg calender but has been write all of the monthly dates when to do a fire drill,gives you a list to write down your expenses for each month and catogorized for tax purposes,gives you menu tips,come with attendance and payment chart,and tells you what forms are needed to do taxes at the end of the year...it's perfect because I wasn't sure how everything with taxes worked and this pretty much tells you what needs to be done month by month.
I bought this calendar for my new daycare since my boss hasn't explained how to do our taxes yet and I wanted to be on top of our game with this. It's terrific and I love the break downs and the fact it even give you a recipe and snacks for each month. It would be really cool if it came with meal plans for each day but I guess that above and beyond they even tell you how to fill out each sheet. I will be purchasing this in the future as its a life saver even has attendance sheets.
