The Fisher-Price Little People board books are absolutely adorable! My three-year-old loves these books and keeps asking for the ones that he does not have yet. My son is speech delayed and these really help with building his language skills as we are able to read the book together and identify new items and words that he has never burned before and it is helping him to formulate sentences. He loves describing what is going on with each person or animal.These books are very colorful and have interactive flaps from start to finish. I love that there is so much going on in each and every picture and when you open each flap, a new scene or detail is revealed. On the back of the book they show the other books in this collection and my son always points out that he wants the other ones. He truly is becoming addicted to these books and I don't mind because they are the cutest things I've ever seen!
This book is nice, but the flaps are a little on the thin side and many have bent or torn. Also the back cover is separating from the foam that it's glued to. However, with the amount of use my daughter gets out of this book, I'm not too surprised it's showing some wear.
My daughter LOVES these open flap books! She started preschool this year and this one really helped in the transition.
