These are nice books and my son will be at the beginner reading level soon and these will be perfect. They are not however the same books as the other Daniel Tiger books. Most pages have one sentence each and isn't really a good story time book. That said they will be great when he starts to read on his own.

Our 18 month old adores these books, these are by far her favorite. Easy to read, words are written in large black letters with white background. All books in this pack are based on DTN episodes. All books are aimed at teaching kids basic morals (thankfulness, patience, perseverance, helpfulness, and features several coping lessons). Very similar to Mr. Rodgers. Great stories.

My daughter loves Daniel Tiger and she is obsessed with these books. This pack is quite simple - there are very few words - and they take almost no time at all to read. We like the box to store them but admittedly my daughter prefers to unpack them constantly.

the only problem I have with this set of books is that the covers have separated from the pages of the books. like the glue is not strong enough to keep them together. I had to tape all the covers back in place.

I was the one flipping the page for my toddler and after reading it once the pages came off from the cover already. If they intended to let the little ones to read on their own they should use staples or other binding methods. These books definitely won't last.

My daughter loves Daniel Tiger! I haven't given this to her yet, but she wouldn't put it down last time we were in the bookstore and kept having me read her each of the books. So I'm pretty sure she'll love it! Great deal for 6 little books; each, as far as I can tell, matches one of the shows.

The stories are great, but the quality of the book is terrible. My daughter has had the books for 2 days and all but one fell apart. I've taped, glued, and stapled them back together because she loves her books. For books designed for toddlers, I would expect them to be better reinforced.

We first borrowed these books from the library, when they were due back I decided to buy them since my 18 month only loved them so much! Great purchase! $10 for 6 books is a great deal!
