Great hardboard book that follows the PBS television story of Daniel Tiger! Our granddaughter loves to watch and sing and dance along with Daniel Tiger and now she loves to sit and read along the stories from the books with Daddy and Mommy and her grandparents!
My sixteen month old grandson found this book of great interest given that he has already watched the related episode on Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood a number of times. This is the one he will sit down and listen to all the way through.
This Daniel Tiger "Snowflake Day" board book is perfect for the youngest Daniel Tiger fans!This book is durable and very cute. The cover has a bit of sparkle where the little snow flakes are.What I really love about this book is that it is a "winter" book without being a "Christmas" book. While our family does celebrate Christmas, I think it is great to find a winter book that isn't all about Christmas. Additionally, this book teaches a lesson. It teaches kids that it's ok to be nervous and it also teaches that if you come upon a problem there are ways to overcome it. Very very cute, highly recommended!
My son loves Daniel Tiger and this book is one of his current favorites. The board book format is great.
Cute book, decent quality. Bought two copies, one for my daughter and one for my niece, both big Daniel tiger fans. Both love it! We've read it every night since it arrived. Would definitely buy again.
My son got so excited when he saw this book as I opened the box. Its supposed to be for his christmas gift but its ok. He is only a year old so he will forget and I can wrap it and hide it for later.
My daughter loves Daniel Tiger and I generally don't mind her watching the show. It has great values and catchy songs and the characters are pretty likeable. I do have to say though that this story is not that great. It starts out well with emphasizing how everyone is unique but throwing in Daniel's shyness and the cheesy play story line, it just doesn't seem to flow well. I think this book could have had a better story.
I gave this and another Daniel Tiger book to a very special little guy for Christmas and it was a huge hit especially because we had an unusually green Christmas and were in need of a few snowflakes. I love these books because I know they will be enjoyed for many years.
