Better than the old shoe box diorama format. Good quality art. Can be assembled without extra tools or an art degree. The back drop mixes animals fro different periods.

This activity is a lot of fun, and leaves your little one (my daughter is seven) with a neat playset after you've completed the building. However, to give fair warning, it's not something the kids can probably do completely on their own, unless they're older than mine. The cutting is complex, and the glueing has to be just right or it doesn't turn out right. With help, though, it's certainly a project for dino-loving kids that I would recommend.
