So far, we love all the math (plus, minus, set, and fraction) we have of this series. The grammer books are a step up, and some seem a bit much for our kiddo at 5 years, but we gently push through. All said, these are great, and we made holiday presents out of them.
This book did a great job of "hooking" the kids in and then explaining the concept of the subtraction symbol as well as subtraction. The illustrations were colorful and clear. The words rhythmic and fun! Get the whole series!
Just read this today. A fun way to introduce subtraction.
