For boaters who love history and the water this is efficient, informative, and just the right size. We use it as a short form log and put Customs numbers in it as well.
I've been using this desk calendar from Peter Sceptre for over 15 years. It contains great information in a calendar format. I don't know where he keeps coming up with the detailed tidbits he includes on each page, but he's amazing.
This item was a Christmas gift for a fellow sailing enthusiast in the office. Well received and a good reminder of where he'd rather be when the winds are fair and the seas are following as in the old Naval toast "Fair Winds and Following Seas".
