I'm a mom, and this beautiful picture book had me in TEARS by the end. It's about persevering, enjoying the ride, and how dreams can come true. SO GREAT! I also have a small business, and I ordered 10 copies for my team members, because we all need to be reminded that when life gets tough, we need to just keep swimming! Beautiful artwork, not wordy, just perfect.
The much anticipated Finding Dory movie is making it's debut so it's the perfect time for the release of the book Three Little Words based on the character of Dory.Dory was a favorite character of mine from the first movie so I was thrilled to see her get her own starring role! As is true in all Disney books, there are lessons to be gleaned from her story.One of the catch phrases that stuck from her character is "just keep swimming." This book explores the depth and meaning behind those three little words and their stronger more powerful message than just the literal words.Life is hard and there will be trouble and we want to teach our kids to never give up and keep working to accomplish whatever they are striving for. They may not always know which direction to go, like Dory, but as long as they keep going and persevere, the reward will pay off in the end.I love the parallels between Dory's character who just kept swimming and the life lessons to be learned from her and her faith and hope that she never gave up on. For her it's finding her family but we all have things we need to keep swimming towards.The story is simply written for littles to understand with beautiful illustrations from Grace Lee that look just like the movie but with their own uniqueness. All three of my children adore this book and I'm thrilled to see such an inspirational story resonating with them.Three Little Words is a wonderful message for kids to remember when they feel like giving up.Disclaimer: I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. This is a beautifully written & illustrated book. Works for a wide range of ages. It's especially touching to me for the "just keep swimming" theme as it applies to my baby boy. #preemiepower
We love this book. The illustrations are beautiful and my nearly 3 year old loves that she can "read" the 3 little words. "Just Keep Swimming." This is a great book for little ones who love Dory and Nemo and also are starting to show an interest in reading. As soon as they recognize the words "just keep swimming" they feel like they are really contributing to the reading of the book!
Such an adorable book. The artwork is soft and beautiful, the storyline is sweet... It made me tear up reading it to my little girl. She was just fine though. Loved pointing out what she saw on the page.

I am a college student and honestly, college stinks so much some times it makes me want to crawl into bed and stay in it all day. During exams I would read this book to help me get through the horrible exams as a little encouragement, and it instantly makes me smile :) recommend for all ages!!
