My 8 yr old daughter loves this book. Wished there were more characters...like some of the ones on the cover aren't in the book. She is a budding artist and loves to follow the steps and learn new ways to draw her fav Disney characters.
I purchased this for my daughters as they are getting into drawing and love Disney. It seemed like a win win product when I saw it online and when it arrived my daughters agreed. They are 5 and 6 years old and while they are still learning you can decipher what they are trying to draw which is nice. They love attempting to draw all of their favorite characters and it puts a smile on my face with how much they enjoy it. There isn't a step by step for each line drawn but it is definitely simple enough for them to follow. I have even drawn a few and it was fun to be able to draw a few of my favorite characters as well.
I bought this as a Christmas present for my son's girlfriend who loves to draw and all things Disney. By co-incidence, her grandmother gave her a set of drawing pencils and crayons. She was in her element and producing wonderful drawings within days.

This book was a gift for an 11 year old boy, and so far, he seems to really enjoy it. I gave it to him with a book of drawing paper and colored pencils, which worked out to a great gift set.
Nephew likes the simplicity of each step. I have tried to do one my self and it's relatively simply done with geometric shapes.
