Since I can't afford a Jonathon Green original, so his calendar is the next best. I've enjoyed his work for several years and love looking at the calendars in my office.
I am having a 65th birthday party for my mom and the theme is art and wine. My mother and I are fans of Jonathan Green, so I thought that this would be the perfect party favor! The prints are classic Jonathan Green! The colors are vibrant and I am sure that the prints will brighten the day of anyone that looks at this calendar. The only problem is that I didn't order one for myself!
love it, buy it every year, the paintings take you to such a peaceful place each month. I have been buying his calendars for the last 12 years. I understand they are collectibles but I just buy them for the images, my year does not start until I hang my Jonathan Greene in my bedroom.
with artwork by Jonathan Green. The colors are so vibrant! Jonathan Green's art is so meaningful to me because I am a Low Country native like him. Rarely does he let you see his subjects eyes...just gives you a wide brimmed hat to focus on and imagine what those eyes look like.
I am in love with Jonathan Green's calendars and didn't realize that they were being produced annually when I got one in 1997. I thought that was a one time special edition. I've been ordering them from since 2009 and will continue to order them.
Jonathan’s artwork is beautiful and steep with history. His art is a longtime favorite in my family. He paints such peaceful places. I will always have his art in my home.
